My journey in healthcare has given me deep insight into the unique needs of senior care, chronic conditions, and obesity. As a nurse and writer, I combine clinical knowledge with storytelling to create content that’s accurate, relatable, and easy to understand.
What sets me apart is my ability to translate complex medical topics into content that connects with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and patients alike. Every piece I write is grounded in real-world experience and a commitment to educating and supporting others.
Outside of nursing and writing, I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, and taking long walks with my dogs. I love hiking and traveling—especially when I can spend time with my two daughters, six grandchildren, and my aging mother. These moments remind me why I do what I do: to foster connection, compassion, and care. Let’s connect on LinkedIn >
