FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Community Health Clinic is pleased to announce the launch of its new Health Literacy Program, designed to help patients better understand medical information and make informed healthcare decisions.
The program offers free educational workshops, easy-to-read patient resources, and one-on-one support to improve understanding of common health conditions, medications, and preventive care.
“Health literacy empowers patients to take an active role in their healthcare,” said Jane Smith, Clinical Director. “Our goal is to make healthcare information more accessible for everyone.”
The program begins next month and is open to all community members.
